Good morning everyone.
Our project purchased a batch of NEMA17 motors of the same model (https://www.oyostepper.es/category-6-b0-Motor-paso-a-paso-NEMA-17.html). The hardware, drivers, and wiring are all identical.
After swapping pairs and assembling them, we found that some motors triggered the origin sensor at slightly different times. The mechanical mounting positions remained unchanged. We are unsure whether this is due to differences in the internal windings of the motors or a phase mismatch issue.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Seeking troubleshooting ideas.
