Thanks for the quick response. I had seen that thread before but it did not work for me. I got all kinds of different error msgs. I assume that the code would go in the array information of the column that I want to sum correct? Here is an example of where I had placed it:
$opts['fdd']['Cost'] = array(
'name' => 'Cost',
'select' => 'T',
'maxlen' => 65535,
'textarea' => array(
'rows' => 5,
'cols' => 50),
'sql' => sum('Cost'),
'sort' => true
);
I also tried it with the ' at the beginning of sum with the same results.
