As per
http://php-insite.com/index.php?content=phpmyedit
'banner' => 'banner text', //banner and closable block control. Use the up and down arrows on the display to open and close the block below the banner.
The code is:
$opts['fdd']['Status'] = array(
'name' => 'Status',
'css|CVDPA' => array('postfix' => 'B'),
'select' => 'O',
'values' => array('Renewed','New','Inactive','Honorary','Deceased','Moved Away'),
'maxlen' => 12,
'sort' => true,
'banner' => 'Membership Status'
Thank you for your help
