H<p data-start="303" data-end="446">Hi everyone,<br data-start="315" data-end="318" /> I wanted to share my personal experience here because when I was struggling with tinnitus, reading real stories helped me a lot.</p>
<p data-start="448" data-end="845">I’m <strong data-start="452" data-end="468">27 years old</strong>, and I developed tinnitus after a <strong data-start="503" data-end="522">big sound blast</strong> (very loud noise exposure).
