Hi everyone! I recently set up a UK company, and I keep hearing that filing a confirmation statement is mandatory. I understand it has something to do with updating company information, but I’m not sure what exactly it involves or how often it needs to be submitted.

I went through this last year when filing for my first company. A confirmation statement is basically a snapshot of your company details that you submit annually to Companies House.
