Go to the official American Airlines website and select the My travels tab from the navigation.
You may access the
American Airlines Manage my Booking
Login page once you press enter.
To access your itinerary, now enter your confirmation code along with your first and last name as they appear on the ticket.
When you select "Find My Trip," a window displaying your information will appear.
Choose the type of adjustment you want to make to the flight, such as altering the date and time, adding meals, editing a passenger's name or contact information, cancelling or changing a reservation, adding more passengers, checking in online, or choosing seats.
Then, make the desired modifications by adhering to the screen's instructions.
You can even upgrade to first class, but bear in mind that some modifications come with fees, so you have to switch the payment method first to make changes to an existing reservation.
As soon as the airline confirms the modification, you will receive a confirmation email or text on the provided contact information.
