I have 2 questions
1. I have 8 directory, is it possible to add different password for each directory so other users can't access that directory. if so how can i do that.

1. It is currently not possible with phpWebFileManager.
But you have to do your own authentification stuff befor loading phpWebFileManager index.php stuff.
2. I see there you have this already done. It is the issue of redefining fm_header() function.
Btw. nice design on the mentioned page. ;-)

Maybe, but firstly I have to have an clear idea of such feature.
Protecting files on the web is not the easy task, since they are commonly world accessible. So I just want to say, phpWebFileManager can basically protect directory listings, not files itself, because Apache will serve them anyway.
