With the clock ticking from Season 1, it's almost time to launch Madden 22 Ultimate Season 2! The release has been confirmed on Good Morning Madden, and we've learned that Season 2 is just days away from making its debut within Madden 22 Ultimate Team.
If you've played Season 1, you're almost over the line to earn all the rewards you've earned up to the level of 50. Be sure to grind prior to the time that Season 2 is released if you're missing some of them. There are more details here on exactly when Ultimate Season 2 will arrive in Madden 22 and what types of content will be included.
Madden 22 launched Ultimate Season 1 when it was released the game. However, even though it technically became available in August 12, due to the EA Play Trial, the official date of launch was August 20 20, 2021. Last year, we saw each MUT Series span between 30 and 40 days in length in average, it appears to be much more extended this year.
Although an end date has not been made official, EA stated in the launch build for Madden 22 that the new Ultimate Season model would aim to keep each season running for about 90 days. Already, they've dropped 1st Challenges in 2nd Quarter and 1st Quarter in Ultimate Season 1, with 3rd and 4th Quarter ones set to drop in the next few weeks.
